Great house - newly tiled, freshly painted, very clean. It has everything you need, just show up and relax. The street is very quiet so there's no traffic noise. There is an empty lot across the street which increases the privacy. The back yard is completely fenced with privacy fencing. There's a lovely Pergola covered patio in the rear, with table, chairs and a gas grill. There are numerous tropical plantings around the property. You will definitely feel like you are in a tropical retreat. The furniture is all new (no used junk!) and it's very attractively furnished. It's super clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite counters. High speed wifi and cable TV. You can bring your dog or cat. They can roam free in the backyard. Beautiful tropical palm trees adorn the front yard. The backyard features a lime tree, which may very well offer you some fruit for the picking! 2 car garage. Laundry in garage. 2 bicycles available. You can cycle down to Shamrock Park where there is a bike trail that brings you to the intra-coastal waterway (ICW) bike path - you can go for miles along that bike path! It's beautiful. Don't miss Elin's free yoga on the beach. It's at Venice Beach (10 minute drive) every morning at 8am and 9am, and evenings around an hour before sunset. There are plenty of great restaurants close by. Sharky's on the Pier, Fins, The Crow's Nest, Bonefish Grill, Mi Pueblo, and on and on!

There will be a binder with all of the rules and information you will need while you are here. There is free high speed wifi. Cable TV including all the sports channels. All pet waste must be removed from yard and disposed of properly or you will lose part or all of your security deposit. In order to dispose of pet waste properly, you MUST double bag it and place it in the trash barrel in the garage. You may not place non-bagged pet waste in any trash barrel or you will lose your security deposit. Pets must be kept off furniture. Any damage to furniture (including odors) will also subject you to losing security deposit funds. Please turn down thermostat so AC is not cranking while you are not home. It is very expensive, PLEASE NOTE: We have a wifi-enabled thermostat, meaning we will be able to control it remotely if we notice that it is being left on a very low setting . No smoking. Pet fee of $100.

There is a washer and dryer in the garage. Don't ask why, that's how they do it in FL, no basements! This is my personal home, not just a vacation home, however I live most of the year in MA (for now!!!). However the closets have plenty of space for your items, and the house is not cluttered with personal effects.
